Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

Cancel monthly or annual renewal from Billing through the Stripe portal. Access normally continues through the paid period. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Annual plans renew yearly and monthly plans renew monthly until cancelled.

A consumer may withdraw without reason within 14 days after the distance contract is concluded. For Tendrova, that occurs when the card trial activates, so the statutory period normally overlaps the free trial.

You expressly request immediate access but do not thereby lose withdrawal rights. Withdrawal during the free trial ends access immediately and normally leaves no amount to refund.

A transparently disclosed renewal does not create a new withdrawal period on every charge unless mandatory law provides otherwise or price/renewal information was incomplete.

During the period, use the prominent Withdraw from contract function in Billing or send an unequivocal statement to info@tendrova.com or the operator postal address, then use Confirm withdrawal.

We promptly send durable confirmation with the request, date, and time. Withdrawal immediately terminates the contract and access.

After the statutory period, we do not offer voluntary refunds merely because the service is unused. Cancellation prevents the next charge.

Mandatory refunds and price reductions remain available for non-conforming digital service, duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payment, or other non-waivable cases. Valid refunds use the original method without undue delay and within 14 days where that statutory deadline applies.
