Written consumer complaints
Send a written complaint to info@tendrova.com or by post to the operator address. We acknowledge receipt without undue delay and provide a written response within 15 days. Complaint records are retained for at least one year.
If a dispute is not resolved directly, consumers may contact a notified Croatian alternative consumer dispute-resolution body. ReRoot does not commit to a particular body unless mandatory law requires participation.
